You see i mainly wanted to make a website, just to prove to myself i could get one all up and on the ol internets. So here it is!

Blog Pipeline!

So I identified a problem with pushing posts to this website, I was really hoping to have an efficient way to add posts that I could do from my phone. Well with the power of Claude AI I was able to create a brilliantly easy pipeline for me to use. I didn’t want to have to open a terminal, or wait till I got home to create a folder structure, copy the front matter, edit it, write the post and all that stuff. Then push it all to the blog. Nawh bro, no thanks! So this website is hosted on github pages. It already with the power of Hugo will automatically build the html to serve on the site each and every time there is a new commit pushed.

Making a blog!

Well i wanted to test this thing, so this is me trying to test it!

My Fitness Journey

So, 2025 was a big year for me. I had spent most of my 20’s very much living in excess. I was smoking a lot of cigarettes, and I was eating and drinking a lot. At some point the batteries in my scale had died, and so the highest peak weight I had reached was about 320lbs, buuut I think I must have reached closer to 330 or maybe even 340.

Photography is an art

And I’m not typically any good at it! But here’s some photos I’ve taken that I really like.
The First photo is of my car, when we went camping a few years back, theres just something about sunsets that make a photo of nearly anything look nice!
The Second one was taken in golden BC in the wee morning hours at a bachelor party! Sunrise in the mountains sure is something to behold!
And the third one is of a lilac tree in bloom! That particular tree only seems to bloom for like a weekend a year, I was super excited I caught it!

This movie kicked ass!

I watched the movie Kpop Demon hunters the otherday with some pals of mine. I didn’t expect it to hit me in the ol emotions so hard. Some song highlights for me are “free” and “what it sounds like”. If you haven’t watched it, I’d whole heartedly recommend you do!
